Terms of Flash Animation Design: All animations limited to 30 seconds realtime.  (This is more than long enough for existing bandwidths, and it satisfies the most patient of internet attention-spans).   Logo animations are restricted to fade-in/fade-out animations (this is way cool, believe me), and you must provide a .JPG or .GIF logo for us to add it to the animation.   I will design a "rough draft."  You give me your comments based on that rough draft, and I use them to create a final draft.  This is the animation that you receive.  I will work with you to try and implement your vision.  If you think that you want a more detailed or complex Flash animation, check out our Custom Flash Animation options.   CyberScribe provides a tutorial that explains how to add your new animation to your existing website.  If this is not enough, we will be happy to offer Flash Re-tooling Services to add the new animation for you.  Of course, this is a separate service.   Finally, CyberScribe Internet Services is not responsible for any loss of data, income, revenue, or potential income, data, or revenue, resulting from the addtion of a Flash animation to our clients' websites.  Any technical alteration of existing code to include our Flash animations is done expressly at the risk of the client.  We only guarantee that the animation delivered is playable on CyberScribe's existing Flash players and browsers, which we take great pains to keep as current as possible.  In other words, we create the media--you implement it.  We hope this is an acceptable model.  If you feel otherwise, feel free to send us a message at:  support@cyberscribe.net.
